No doubt. An upgrade! The offense will definitely miss him though. They better activate Norwood. He is a better WR than Lockette and Matthews and obviously Walters,

Bryan Walters used to be a pretty good kickoff returner. Maybe they can use him there.

Just use Walters on both, unless you really need Baldwin for a breakaway. No need to get cute here. Our return game is what it is at this point.

This.

I gotten to the point where I respect Walters service. He get's the job done. A fair catch is better than a muff or another player who's explosive but has the chance to fumble.
