Hi all --

I'm considering flying up for the game and leaving that evening to come back to Utah (have to work Monday). My question for the collective is if it's feasible to get from the CLink to SeaTac via taxi in time for a 6:30 flight.

In my head I'm thinking it's doable...game ends around 3:45, ceremony goes until 4:30...half hour to get out/find a cab, 45 minute cab ride...puts me at SeaTac around 5:45.

Does that sound reasonable or am I off base? Thanks! #GoHawks

Don't take a taxi, IMO. The light rail is quick, direct, and there's a station right next to the stadium. We're hopping a 5:55 flight after the game. Did it last year after the NFCCG too.

Edit: Also worlds cheaper, and doesn't struggle with traffic.

I agree with the above.

I waited over an hour for a cab on my last trip.

I would not hesitate to use the light rail in your situation.

In fact, if you are flying in on GameDay as well, I'd use it both ways.

took the light rail for the first time on Saturday from Westlake mall to the game.
I was going to take a cab and our waitress at spitfire told us about light rail.

from Westlake to SeaTac is only 32 minutes, I couldn't get there that fast in my car.

Light rail. Not even a question. There's a stop 1 block from the stadium.
