Here is our current roster with IR'ed guys added in. Did not included practice squad players. Looking ahead to free agency and the draft, no real glaring weakness with the exception of WR. TE., OL, CB, S could all use help if the right player is available and you can never pass up a pass rusher! Only guys under contract that look like potential cap casualties ( savings vs. dead $$$) are Lynch, Mebane, McDaniel & maybe Miller. I would guess restructure/extensions with Mebane, Lynch & Okung. Enjoy!

QB Russell Wilson, Tarvaris Jackson, BJ Daniels

TJack is a UFA, the vet minimum may be too high to re-sign him.

OL Russell Okung, James Carpenter, Max Unger, J.R. Sweezy, Justin Britt, Alvin Bailey,Lemuel Jeanpierre, Patrick Lewis, Keavon Milton, Garry Gilliam, Stephen Schilling

Don't think Okung goes anywhere, doubt you will not find his replacement at #31 in the draft, free agents typically are overpaid for. On the fence with Carp. Would like to see him stay just so next season, barring injury the same line up is there. Not too excited about going through growing pains with a rookie LG. This line didn't look too bad when the starting five played together. Schilling and Carp are the only UFA's.

TE Luke Willson, Cooper Helfet, Tony Moeaki, Anthony McCoy, Zach Miller

Lots of ways to go here, probably one added through the draft. McCoy & Moeaki are UFA's

WR: Doug Baldwin, Paul Richardson, Ricardo Lockette, Jermaine Kearse, Kevin Norwood, Chris Matthews, Bryan Walters, David Gilreath

Major upgades here!!!!! Has there ever been a team in the SB with an entire position group (exception of K/P's) made up of undrafted F/A's????? Not a #1 or #2 WR in the group. How great would it be to see ADB back as the 3rd WR? Lockette, Kearse are RFA's, Walters is an UFA.

RB/FB: Marshawn Lynch, Robert Turbin, Christine Michael, Will Tukuafu, Derrick Coleman

Not sure what to make of this group. Can't see this team the same without Lynch, but they didn't use a 2nd on Michael to not play him. Only way a draft pick is used here is if Lynch is off the roster. Tukuafu is an UFA. On his current contract, Lynch saves the team 7 mil by being cut with 1.5 mil in dead money

DL: Michael Bennett, Brandon Mebane, Tony McDaniel, Cliff Avril, Kevin Williams, Jordan Hill, O'Brien Schofield Cassius Marsh, David King, Demarcus Dobbs, Greg Scruggs, D'Anthony Smith, Jesse Williams, Landon Cohen

This group was really beat up by the time 49 was played. Look for Mebane to restructure or potentially be gone, if cut he has no dead money counting against the cap. Can't see him being cut so I say a restructure is in the works. McDaniel is also would save 3 mil in cap against .625,000 in dead money. He could be a casulty as well. Lots of guys who played meaningful snaps over the last three years in this group. Two big ifs could make this group dominant: Scruggs regains full health and plays like he did in 2012 and Williams gets healthy and plays like he did in his Alabama days. KWilliams, Dobbs, Smith & Schofield are UFA's, Scruggs is a RFA.

LB Bruce Irvin, Bobby Wagner, K.J. Wright, Malcolm Smith, Mike Morgan, Brock Coyle, Kevin Pierre-Louis, Mike Taylor

Smith is the only UFA. Probably cheaper options through the draft or UFA to play special teams. KPL is a potential star in the making.

DB Richard Sherman, Jeremy Lane, Marcus Burley, Byron Maxwell, Tharold Simon, Kam Chancellor, Jeron Johnson
Earl Thomas, DeShawn Shead

Once a group with absurd depth, looks like a CB and S could be added here. BMax and Johnson are UFA's Shead is an ERFA.
