Jones was just cut today by the Baltimore Ravens. He's a below average wide receiver, but an exceptional kick and punt return man. Of all the players that had 20 or more kickoff returns last year only Adam Jones had a higher per return average than Jacoby (30.2). He also has averaged better than 10 yards per punt return many seasons in the NFL.
This is an area of need and there is a guy out there right now, that you don't have to spend big money on (I bet he gets a two year 5-5.5 million dollar deal) at 30 years old, whom you don't have to wait for free agency to sign. Somebody please call JS.
