As we approach a frenzy of player acquisition in the upcoming weeks and months, let's put as many as we can in one thread, so as to not clutter the main forum with tons of threads about tons of players. Add more here as we get 'em, and I or, (*ahem*) maybe some of the other mods will edit and update this original post to consolidate the signings.

Hey almost signed with WSU out of high school but got a late offer to FSU on signing day.

Alexander, 26, was an undrafted free agent out of Florida State in 2011, signing with the Houston Texans and appearing in 14 games from 2011 to 2012, mostly on special teams. He was out of the NFL in 2013, but spent time on the practice squads of both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Dallas Cowboys last season before being released by the Cowboys on Feb. 18.
Alexander spent time with the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League in 2013, as well as the Omaha Mammoths of the Fall Experimental Football League in 2014.
With the Seminoles, Alexander started 14 games, picking up 56 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, one pass breakup, two fumble recoveries and 1.5 sacks. According to his bio from the school, his parents named him Mister, “with the acronym MR standing for mentally ready.”
The Seahawks face two potential departures at outside linebacker this offseason, with Super Bowl XLVIII MVP Malcolm Smith an unrestricted free agent and special-teams standout Mike Morgan a restricted free agent.

In short, Meh.

Another player with solid measureables, and perhaps something to prove. He's now on a team that will allow him to rise if he shows he can play. Probably camp fodder but an interesting inexpensive add who just might be better than he's been allowed to be so far.

I much would have rather had LB Carlos Fields. Whos now with Giants Practice Squad.

I saw him play in Omaha for the FXFL mammoths, I remind you that these are players that did not make and nfl roster or practice squad, he was far away the best on the field for defense. He was quick to react and was a tackling machine. He only played in 2 games and then was picked up on a practice squad. During practice he was definitely the leader on the team for the defense. I like his motor, he played hard every minute even though it was the FXFL.
