ok guys, the "Where's Jimmy" Thread is gone for a reason, perhaps we should get this back to discussing what is coming out of this media session.

I particularly liked the part about him being surprised but hearing it was the Seahawks put a grin on his face. He knows he's coming here to win championships.

People overreact so much on this forum. Yes it "sucks" that he didn't go to Twitter and all the major media outlets the second he found out about the trade and proclaim his love for the city of Seattle and bow down to how amazing the organization and the fans are. With that said, he seems like a loyal player and a genuinely good person. He isn't going to crap all over the friends that he made within his former team just so he can look good in front of a new fan base, regardless of how happy he may or may not be about getting traded to a great team. I personally believe that he can be a huge stepping stone in developing this offense and progressing RWs ability to become a complete QB.

latest tweet says he'll wear 88 so that is another thread settled

Just call him Mr. #1 WR... cuz that's what he is and that's what he's sounding like.

He definitely says the right things, and his history on the field is outstanding. So far so good.

Oh if you didn't know he also has a double degree in marketing and management.

Great stuff. I don't think he's soft, not at all. I think he's going to fit in just fine and add something to this team we haven't had under the Carroll era. This will be fun to watch!

Talent, motivation, size, all he needs to fit right in. Like he said, trash talking goes on all the time, every game. Shouldn't be a problem. I don't recall any cheap shots or intentional injuries that are about the only things that cause real grudges. Just two good teams playing hard.
