Why would we sign another LS? Didn't we just resign Clint?

Sometimes guys are reported as signed, but are really just tryout players.

La'El Collins is still available. Wonder who'll take a chance on him. Could have been a first rounder if not for the legal issues that came up.

He will be a guy that is object of what hard work can do for you, looked like he can snap pretty good as well. They also have the new rule that says you can't clock the Long Snapper anymore.

Does anyone know how the UDFA cap works though? From what I found it seemed like a soft cap but unsure how it works

Per the CBA, UDFA contracts are standard and include a max $25K signing bonus, so he'll be getting the minimum like everyone else.

Collins is not available. He said yesterday he is taking the year off and will enter the draft next year.
