I'm a little surprised at signing Foxx. I know nothing about him and certainly have
nothing against him. It's just that Pete specifically mentioned that Kasen Williams
was a player that they wanted to sign. Or did he sign somewhere else ?

I'm anxious to see Thomas Rawls run. He sounds like a powerful package in an
average (for the NFL) size body. Looking forward to seeing those two big backs
run too, especially Cottom.

He cleared waivers. He is now on IR.

This is a win/win for the player and the team if he goes to IR

He showed some promise last preseason so it would be nice to stash him for a while.
