Jimmy Graham's first appearance with the team

Jimmy Graham missed last week's session to attend the funeral of his mentor and close friend, but I would assume he'll be back into the fold this week with the team. I'm guessing beat reporters and the like won't be able to share much about how the Seahawks incorporate him into their offense, but it will nonetheless be interesting to hear anecdotally how he looks out there, catching passes from Russell Wilson. Overall questions for his usage down the line: Will he become a de facto receiver for Seattle, mostly lined up outside the formation, or will the Seahawks use him as an in-line tight end that releases at the snap? Will he be asked to block primarily inside, or more so on the move from the slot? How will Seattle incorporate him into their redzone offense and what kinds of plays will we see from them in that area?

I remember not so long ago being excited about the potential of Wilson-to-Willson. The excitement to see Graham on the field with Russ, Marshawn, and the guys is off the charts.

We still have to see how they use him, but going into this season, Graham is potentially the latest in a bunch of top-shelf Seahawks firsts we've seen recently:

• Elite, pass-catching, red-zone TE
• Year-to-year-to-year dominating RB (debatable, we've been blessed w/ some good ones)
• Young, dual-threat, franchise QB
• True shutdown corner
• Year-to-year-to-year dominating D
• GM & HC harmony
• Back-to-back No. 1 seed in NFC
• Lombardi Trophy

It's already an outstanding time to be a 12. And it could get even better.

Jesus, Mary and Joseph please help us? This could get stupid if Wilson actually fights Pete. He's just way too tall, it's stupid ridiculous. And he's a pilot? Excuse me as I leave the room.

1. He's a tall and big guy that's fast that plays TE like the NFL demands at an elite level no less. He actually can catch a ball unlike Willson with the exact same physical tools that cause impossible mismatch issues for any team including us.

2. I assume Wilson has a brain given he has a Masters Degree in something.

3. I'm a short girl that loves flying.

4. He's a pilot.

You get it now? 8)

I don't know. Looks like Jimmy can handle the rudder of N6781L just fine. She's one fine looking Beaver.

Okay I understand now Mizz :) I would have clued in sooner if you just said you wanted to co-pilot his joystick. Hopefully Wilson to Graham puts us all into a hyper orgasmic state over and over this season.
