Keep in mind, Knox retired after the 1991 season because he didn't want to be responsible for the dumpster fire that was about to hit. Flores did kind of walk in on that one. His 1992 defense was one of the all-time greats, and is often overlooked due to the 2-14 record. I'd be tempted to raise him a spot or two.

1. Carroll -- 50-30 (.625), Super Bowl win, two NFC Championships, three Division Titles, four playoff appearances (7-3, .700)
2. Holmgren -- 86-74 (.541), one NFC Championship, five Division Titles, six playoff appearances (4-6, .400)
3. Knox -- 80-63 (.559), one Division Title, four playoff appearances (3-4, .429)
4. Patera -- 35-59 (.372)
5. Flores -- 14-34 (.292)
6. Erickson -- 31-33 (.484), did the least with the talent he had to work with, IMO.

Mora and McCormack didn't coach enough games to rank them as Seahawk HCs. But if I had to, I would rank McCormack behind Patera and Mora behind Flores.

It's clearly Carroll at the top by himself then Holmgren/Knox share the second tier. I also agree that Flores is getting a bad rap here based on his struggles as a GM. Strictly as a coach he was very competent.
