Hard to cut guys : blah blah blah
Excited for Season : blah blah blah

B.J. Daniels helped himself in last game.

Does sound like Tarvaris isn't 100% certain for Sunday.

Fred Jackson will help in pass protection.

Salk needs to shut up and let coach talk.

"We have a diverse offense" that wasn't used in pre-season.

We'll know if O-line is coming together if they can push the line and keep them out of the backfield. In case you were wondering.

Philosophy about short-term vs. long-term decisions which doesn't really shed much light.

Kelcie McCray is good at football.

Preparing for life without Kam, but still hoping he comes back. Nothing else to report, unfortunately. Tone of conversation definitely seems like little chance he'll be around soon. Some talk about filling void of leadership, which doesn't really add much more. He mentioned Sherm & K.J. specifically.

Frank Clark & Tyler Lockett are good at football.

Sounds like Earl is ready to play.

Rest of team pretty healthy -- Mike Morgan & Cooper Helfet & Tarvaris are guys who will be on injury report this week. Sounds like all 3 have a shot to play.

Special teams will be better than last year (GOD I HOPE SO!).

Captains will be named today, voted by players.

Practice Squad will be filled out today (sounds like it already has).

Tried to get him to comment on Brady situation, but he wasn't biting. Process of discipline needs to change. (DUH).

Will be ready for St. Louis trick plays (GOD I HOPE SO!).

Was it just my ears or did coach say that Kam is not healthy enough to play?

I don't think so ... it was "AS IF" he wasn't healthy enough to play. Treating Kam like you would an injured player.

To me, Kam isn't even on the team. Lets just show we can win without him, as this is a TEAM, not one guy.

Oh ok I thought it was a slip of the tongue haha.

Also, Coach is naming the captains today...so Kam showing up would be perfect timing.

Players name the captains, not coach.

After a holdout like this I'd guess that the players wouldn't necessarily vote for him as team captain.

I think it's pretty important that our defense is dominant this game, otherwise Kam may think he has more leverage.

Kam has zero leverage already. We are going to crush the Rams because of our D-Line vs their O-line.

Having an elite special teams allows for us to play ultra conservative on offense. I think the separation among our ST and other teams ST could single handedly put away or steal us two games this year.

Can the players vote a guy captain who is not on the 53 ?
I mean,Is there a rule that does not allow that ?

They support Kam because if he wins this game of chicken,
they all win negotiating leverage.
