Confusion?

At the game today there were a lot of confused faces with substitutions on the DL..players would run off then be told by Richards to go back on. It got to the stage that we saw several players throw out the 'wtf hands' and coaches having several 'worried' conversations on the sideline. At stages we, as fans, were worried we didn't have enough players on the field or in reverse too many..today just seemed all over the place.

Obviously I know it's the first 'competitive' game..but you could tell there was that lack of leadership/coaching today!

Yeah, I did not get that either. It's not typical of this coaching staff or player leadership. Issues like this should be fixed at halftime or at least minimized in a timeout

Rookie DC, gonna be some growing pains.
