Why was KJ ejected?
I understand the personal foul, but not the ejection.

Pac man rips off a players helmet, then slams the players head onto the helmet.
No ejection.

I don't get it.

I hate to sound like sour grapes but this was a crapp-ily officiated game. It seemed to slant toward GB. Maybe it was because it was in Green Bay.( Was Offensive line holding ever called? Once?)

But hey, they beat us fair and square I guess.

It's about time they won one.

Looked to me like both guys grabbed each others face mask.

The other guys came off in the scrum.

Seemed BS to me too.

I think he grabbed the facemask and kept twisting it after the whistle blew.

the other player grabbed it in retaliation and it was a lot less malicious.
I agreed with the ejection, it was over the top

Agree, KJ lost his cool and earned the ejection. Officiating was bush league today, but wasn't the reason Seattle lost. It had to do with Erin, and a lot of self inflicted mistakes from the players to the coaching staff.

I wasn't surprised by KJ being ejected. I think the refs saw KJ a linebacker vs a smaller receiver. And KJ just punishing him that smaller guy. I think the refs wanted KJ to be an example. "Hey, Mr. Big Linebacker, stop hurting that smaller wide receiver." Lol

KJ was the Seahawks MVP of the game. He was hitting so hard that he knocked two players out of the game. He stripped out the ball and recovered it on that pass to the sideline. If his incident had succeeded in firing up the offense, he'd likely be proud of it. As it was, he seemed indifferent while the officials were making their decision, because he knew what was at stake.

KJ deserved the ejection. He has a hold of the face mask and was twisting on it which could cause serious injury to the neck. KJ is a pretty mellow guy so pretty sure there was something that led to that action but he definitely took it to far. I'm a huge homer but I would have been shocked if he hadn't been tossed.

I suspect he's going to be having a conversation with Pete, who didn't look too happy on the sideline.
