While we still have yet to beat the Hawks with Russ this is a major shot of adrenaline to the Panthers. Yes we have managed 4-0 by beating cupcakes but to have one of if not the best MLB in the game against a dangerous QB and RB, very big boost.

Any word on Lynch?

Lynch is cleared but I think he should be limited in the 1st and beef up the 2nd half.

Good for him. Hopefully one of our outstanding defensive errrrr ...offensive linemen doesn't decapitate him.

I hope Panthers aren’t rushing Kuechly back. The worst case is if he sustains another concussion. Maybe just a couple snaps per quarter unless he is ready to go completely.

Per Carroll, Lynch had a good workout. He is expected to return but I want him feel healthy 100% for bruising style and another Beast Mode run.

Nice to see him back. But I'll still take our Bobby Wagner over him whom I feel is faster and more athletic.
