Looking Ahead

Rather than throw everyone on the team under the bus, we have 3 days until our next game at SF.

We just need to make sure we get more disciplined on defense in the 4th quarter while the offense does a reversal of their 4th quarter woes.

SF is a mystery right now as well, so getting a W there would be a huge boost.

Being on a short week may be the best thing for this team.

I think you are right, no time to dwell on the past game and get right back to prepare to destroy the dirty 49ers.

I'm guessing the national storyline for Thursday night's game will be...

"What's wrong with Seattle?" combined with "We know what's wrong with SF".

Should make for an interesting pre-game discussion/speculation.

We are terrible.

Has anyone seen the 9ers this year? Is there any hope we can at least beat THEM?

Before the year, this looked to be an easy win. Now? Not so much.
Shoot, they held Green Bay to 17 points. Just get the win, somehow someway.

Maybe I'm stupid but I still think we can turn this thing around. It's not like we continue to get dominated. In fact we've looked like the better team in every game we've played this year only to collapse at the end. I think whatever the issue is, it's fixable and I think Pete will right the ship and figure it out. I'm still in on a great year.

We are a much better team than SF, but beware - they will be the more motivated team playing with a chip on Thurs. Remember, the last time we played in SF Sherman and Wilson ate turkey after the game on the 50 yd line. They ran off the field holding up a turkey platter. Could you imagine watching the 9ers do that at CLink? They are coming off a win too.

You can't underestimate mindset and motivation in the NFL. I'd bet our turkey performance has lead them to having this game circled for a while. We need to bring our best.
