First half 2 minute offense

I don't have any stats to go by, but man it seems like our 2 minute offense in the first half of games are horrible, from play calling to clock management. I don't know how many times I screamed at the top of my lungs yesterday "hike the fricken ball".

Just wonder why were usually successful in those situations at the end of games but not the first halves, should be the same offensive philosophy right?

Used to be our freakin strength the past couple years. If they had 30+ secs, I knew they would score.

I called it from the beginning of the drive. I turned to my dad and said "if they run it on first down, they're not really serious about getting this ball down the field. they're going to milk some clock and try a shot down the field. Then, if they don't get that shot, they Cowboys won't have time".

In other words, play calling a game to where your opponent won't get time to score shows a serious lack of regard for your own offensive capabilities.
