So contrary to what some like to shout here, the models say we aren't "what our record says we are" after all :D

Yes and no, keep in mind the best team Seattle has beaten is ranked 25th in DVOA.
Wins:
25th Dallas
29th Chicago
31st Detroit
32nd SF

Losses:

3 Cinci
4 GB
7 Carolina
13th STL

Nobody has proven anything yet in this division including the Cardinals.

Rams have proved they can beat teams in the division, not too sure about outside yet.

I am certainly concerned about the validity of your statement. We haven't proven we can beat you yet.

You guys can live to fight another day if you do get smacked down. For the Seahawks, this home game coming off a bye against the division leader may be a season-defining game. It would put us just one game back.

After that, there are lot of challenging games coming up for Arizona that are basically a coin toss: Cinci, @St. Louis, Minnesota, @Philadelphia, Green Bay, and then back at home against the Seahawks.

I don't expect either team to run the table going into that Jan. 3rd showdown.

No you are right. We don't really know what Seattle is yet....although we will soon enough :)

I was just poking fun at the people who constantly downgrade the team with old school "pearls of wisdom" despite evidence to the contrary.

Sometimes you are indeed what your record says you are. Other times, not so much. We will soon see.
