1st drive: 1st and 25 - drive ends with punt 3 plays later
2nd drive: 1st and 20 - drive ends with punt 3 plays later
3rd drive: 1st and 20 - drive ends with safety 1 play later
4th drive: 1st and 20 - drive ends with punt 3 plays later
5th drive: TD
6th drive: FG
7th drive: interception
8th drive: TD
9th drive: 1st and 20 - drive ends with punt 3 plays later
10th drive: TD
11th drive: 2nd and 23 - drive ends with punt 3 plays later
12th drive: FG

Outside of Russell's horrible INT, when this team wasn't being put behind the eight ball by 1st down penalties, the offense was fairly productive. That makes last night all the more frustrating, and a microcosm for this entire season.

There's an alternate universe somewhere with this team 9-0.

Yeah, I think I could pick one play in each of the losses that would make the difference between victory and defeat. So 5 plays might be the difference between 4-5 and 9-0...

Nice post!

Blame the refs or us being undisciplined as always. We need to clean this up, i rather they blow their assignment then make stupid free penalties.

Wonder how the defense looks like.

Good post! Thanks for reminding us just how badly our penalties stalled the O. The only drive when the team looked competent on O was when they went to the RO and ran more successfully. Why they went away from that later in the game was curious to me? The penalties screwed the team and hurt more than many sac knowledge.

Still think that crew was simply horrible last night, they called anything and many things that did not deserve flags. They were reversed often and made poor spots and materiallyinterfered with a good game, both teams benefitted but AZ was not slowed down.
