My niece got herself in some trouble in Portland. From experience I can navigate the Clark County system fine ( she's gotten in a bit of trouble before) but so far Multnomah County seems like an impenatrable fortress unless you're an attorney.

If anyone knows, let me know, here or message is fine.

If I were looking for info, I would start at the State level. Or you can go in person to the County Court House. It's usually public record unless your niece is a minor. Then it might be sealed.

Local military recruiters HAVE to be good at that. It's part of our screening process when applicants leave the office. Look them up. It's not hard to bribe a sailor with food or drink.
