Monster. I was actually relieved to hear Marshawn was sitting out today because I think he's been part of the reason the offense is sputtering.. was awesome to see Rawls back there with fresh legs.

We can breathe a bit. There will be life after Beast Mode. We need a nickname for him.

Did I hear the talking heads on Fox correctly? It was the most rushing yards by a RB in Seahawks history?

Rawls is "The Black Beast" from his days in college.

There can't be enough said about what Lynch has done for our franchise. Beast Quake alone puts him on a level few can achieve in the HISTORY of this game. If I live to 100 I will still talk about that play, and the Part II play in Arizona last year is not far behind as one of the best runs I've ever seen.

Having said that, Lynch appears to be in the sunset of his career. Already having missed 4 games this year and when he is in, he has nowhere near the fresh explosiveness of Rawls. Not even close.

I am loving this kid. His story, his ability, his penchant for punishment.

I think I found my new jersey for 2016.

Rawls for the future and beyond! What a great find this guy is. Fills a need at RB and has a ton of potential. Good ball security to accompany his physical running style.

The Hawks have so many holes on the roster and our depth has been depleted the last couple years which makes it that much more important to have someone for next year without Lynch.

With Lynch not being the runner we've been used to and him missing games we need that cap space to go elsewhere.

Thanks Marshawn for all the great runs, but 2016 RB job goes to Rawls.

He was awesome today. And showed good hands catching the ball too.

If they said that that is incorrect. The rushing record by a Seahawk RB belongs to Alexander who rushed for 266 yards against the Raiders on MNF on November 11, 2001.

Man, I was really concerned about the running back position as it's obvious Lynch will call it quits after this year. Rawls has shown he is a more than adequate replacement. Turban and Michaels were not, this guy is. Never thought Turbin was more than an average back, big arms, small legs, not much balance.

Rawls is the future, hope Lynch has something left for this year though. Nice to see the O get back on track in the first half, Rawls played a huge part in that.

Most yards by a rookie Seahawk running back. Beat Curt Warner by 2 yards.
