He outplayed Cam , the defense didn't show up the first half but Wilson had a great season and is an Elite QB.
Wilson was the best player on the field.

Yes and no. I think the first half picks were horrific and set the panthers up for easy scores.

Yup, he definately outplayed him. The horrible start is what put the game out of reach. I still think we are the better team , but that's just too big of a lead to comeback from. We almost did it though , onto next season. Congrats to the panthers .

That pic 6 hurt us at the end but no Shame, Seattle had a great season & gave them a run for there money.Russell Wilson no matter what they said out played Newton

His first pick six was beyond unacceptable. That was a rookie mistake. Elite QBs don't do that

Wilson was the primary reason for digging such a big hole in the first place. One a pick 6 and then another pick that set them up with a short field for a score. Then we have the missed throws that were points and the big 3rd and 2 where he put the ball at Doug's shoe laces.
The best, most consistent player on the field today was probably Kearse.

In the first half he was terrible as well as the OLine, but man, the second half, he was amazing.

Its hard to compare the QB's since Carolina milked the clock in the second half. Id say Cam was the better QB today since he never turned the ball over though.

I don't see it that way the O-line is the reason we lost, that and the long run by Stewart and that's on the defense.

Both interceptions, and another near interception, could have been avoided by throwing the ball away. It would have been easy on two out of three of those plays.
He was a bit excitable early on, and made some poor decisions. The whole "can you win a game in the fourth quarter mantra" is wonderful, but it also belies a long list of horrendous starts that have and have almost cost this team a season of work.

Wilson was a monster today. His line killed him on both picks. He played unbelievable in the second half and almost came back and won it. Not really sure how you can blame Wilson.
