The guys take a look back at what the biggest mistakes were from yesterday's loss to Carolina. Pete Carroll then takes the stage for his year-end press conference. Carroll mentioned that 'everything is normal' with Marshawn Lynch pertaining to his desire to return to the Seahawks next season. We 'parse' this response. Cam Newton ripped down a fan's 12 flag that was flying at his home stadium. Does this upset you? What if the tables were turned?
