As Chip Kelly gets introduced in SF today, what will he have to change to find success in his 2nd go around? How concerned should Seahawks fans be with Pete Carroll's contract and the rumors/innuendo about LA? For first time in a while, no assistant coaches look to be leaving the Seahawks. Is this a big deal or not? What is the most tangible effect on the team?

He took to twitter to say so today. Stats are not the only way to judge a player or team. There is some subjective assessment that comes into play.
