Well done Luke Willson :th2thumbs: Given that he was scheduled to receive $675K in salary, he will realize a doubling + increase at the performance minimum of $1,686 million in 2016.

..... players drafted in rounds three though seven are entitled to raises during the fourth year of their respective rookie contracts. The pay bumps are tied to playing time — a player must have played in 35% of his team’s offensive or defensive snaps in two of his first three seasons, or averaged 35% playing time cumulatively during that period. If one of these thresholds is met, the player’s salary is elevated to the level of that year’s lowest restricted free agent tender — that figure will be $1.686MM in 2016.

Good, now maybe we can move on from the Helfet and reoccurring McCoy experiments.

Why complain about our 3rd and 4th TE? Unfortunately you can't load up everywhere with the salary cap. If this FO was together pre free agency, we would have had multiple super bowls already.
