Would have liked him back, but good for him. He kind of has a raider vibe. Hopefully he's getting a huge deal so we can get something good in return.

Expected -- was never going to be re-signed here. Good for him, though.

That's a gamble for Oakland, but they have to spend the money somewhere. Sounds like their front office was hesitant but was talked into by Ken Norton.

Please be for a lot. If we have to lose a quality starter, it might as well be for a decent comp pick.

I think the gamble will pay off. With Mack rushing opposite him Irvin will put up some nice numbers

Maybe. I'm not as enamored with Bruce as others have become seemingly out of nowhere.

Certainly has tools though.

This stinks, wish we could of kept him..........but it was more likely that he left then re-signed with us.

Me neither. I never really saw what most others think they saw in him.

Best of luck to him though.

Mack and Irvin off the edge is utterly frightening. Glad we don't play in that division. Pass rusher central

Probably the best landing spot for him for both himself with the $$, and us by keeping him out of the NFC.

Ouch. Good for Bruce and Oakland though.

"Nice signing, huh?" - Al Davis, smiling from heaven, with his arm around Muhammad.
