It's interesting that Sweezy got huge interest in FA, and Lane seemingly did not. Go figure.

There might still be enough money to fit Okung in the team's plans, but it could be a bit tight.

That is a huge relief.

They have a real shot at a stellar year with the defensive backfield. I'm looking forward to turnovers and returns in 2016.

Obviously, Lane gives you flexibility because he can excel at both the boundary and nickel corner positions.

But right now, I view Lane as the starting RCB. Burley as the NCB. And Shead as the do-everything backup at every position in the secondary. Simon, Smith, Seisay, Farmer, and Jean-Baptiste provide competition at CB.

The L.O.B. lives on.

That's two down on my priority list: DT (Rubin) and Lane.

Only Okung remains.
