He has had nagging injuries, IIRC, except last year as a rotational 1\5 tech. He's still only 25.

Good signing....per this article, says that PFF has him graded out higher than Ahtyba Rubin.

He had a productive 2015 with 28 tackles for the Patriots in 13 games played. Siliga actually graded out higher than recently re-signed defensive tackle Ahtyba Rubin, according to Pro Football Focus.
