What goes on during these Free Agent visits?

With the news that we've had a hand full of players in for visits. What goes on during these visits, are we woo'ing them, are we putting them through work outs/physicals? Are they checking out the city? Inquiring minds....

When the weather is nice the FO typically flies high profile visits to the VMAC via seaplane.
