On this shortened show, we kick things off with John Clayton live from the NFL owner's meetings. John talks about Richard Sherman's comments calling Roger Goodell 'a suit' who shouldn't be making the rules.

He talked to 49ers head coach Chip Kelly and he still hopes Colin Kaepernick is still his QB next season.

Kam Chancellor is tweeting like crazy lately, and is doing so in a bit of a cryptic way. Is he suddenly happy with his contract now?

In "Sweeping the Dial" the guys talk about the lack of Pac-12 teams left in the NCAA Tournament, Richard Moore saying women's tennis players need to thank men, and Dwight Howard uses too much stickum.

"El Hombre" Michael Bradley gives his take on baseball in Cuba, the NFL Rule changes, and was this the best weekend of the NCAA tournament ever?

In "Wait a Minute... What?" the NFL scolds Georgia's anti-gay bill, Johnny Manziel signs with Drew Rosenhaus, and TruTV gives everyone the middle finger.

In "Have an Opinion, Already!" what 'culturally diverse' burrito would you make or what musical instrument would you like to play?

710 ESPN Seattle Mariners reporter Shannon Drayer talks about James Paxton's start in a minor league game which was encouraging, but he's still behind Nathan Karns after poor start before today's outing. She thinks Luis Sardinas has most likely made the team and Jesus Montero has probably played himself off the team.

Seahawks GM John Schneider spoke at the owner's meetings and we hear what he has to say about Kam Chancellor and his contract status.

Also, who replaces Bruce Irvin and a Jimmy Graham health update.

Plus, we unveil the final seeding in our "Rock and Roll Bracket." The guys end things as always with "Parting Shots!"

Seahawks GM John Schneider spoke at the owner's meetings and thanks to Sheil Kapadia of ESPN.com, we hear what he had to say.

We learn Kam Chancellor is staying in Seattle and Frank Clark will compete for Bruce Irvin's spot. Left tackle will be a battle between Garry Gilliam and Bradley Sowell and right guard will most likely go to Mark 'Mad Dog' Glowinski. What is the state of the O-Line?

Is that guy there's a man in a tree hucking apples at people?

Is there any reason to think that Pete Carroll and John Schneider won't be in Seattle for the foreseeable future?
