Not much to see here but I do think it's cool that he does these camps for women.

It's not really "the cool thing" to do yet that's what he's doing.

I'm a Kam fan and don't hold last year against him. I'm hoping he has a huge season, this season.

If he can play like he did before last year,I think he will get his raise.

I still think he will be gone before the draft, just my gut feeling

I dont think Kam was the problem last year, it was Cary Williams. Also i think Earl Thomas just wasn't fully healthy at all. The Seahawks did a 180 once Cary left.

No reason to doubt the man... this time last year he was telling you what would happen, and it did.
If I was as negative as some here I'd be dead by now, 34 times.

Without Kam last year, the Hawks lose 2 games and miss the playoffs.

That should be enough for people to understand the value he brings.

I don't care if someone isn't a fan of his.

But they better care that he does well, because the success of the Seahawks hinges on it. He is a non-replaceable advantage that the Seahawks have. The gap between the Seahawks and the rest of the league has shortened considerably anyway - so people should appreciate the advantage he brings.

As for whether fans like him because he hurt their feelings? whatever.

He is there to help the team win, and right now he does that well.

This is the absolute truth.

You also think the team will suck in 2016.

So you're probably wrong

I don't think Kam was fully recovered from his knee last year also.

No hold and better health should equal much better production

I went to Virginia Tech. As far as I'm concerned, Kam could come over to my house, eat all my food and leave a sink full of dirty dishes and I would still wear his jersey.

I care less about his holdout than I care about him being "just a good player" when he returned.

Not at all saying I'd have taken many other players instead of him last year, but there was a marked difference in his play last year. In prior years he was a game-changing monster whose play warranted consideration of perhaps being a market outlier at SS in terms of salary. Last year, game after game I waited for his signature game-changing hit and while he had a couple hits it wasn't an every-game dramatic thing like the year before. Not at all.

I'd like to say that the good news here is that he won't hold out because his recent play gives him no leverage, but he had no leverage last year due to where he was in the contract, so while I think it's less likely I don't rule it out.

Hold out or no, if Kam doesn't return to Incredible Hulk back there our offense will need to score early and often - both in terms of the season and in terms of single games - or we can rule out Superbowl. Because without the 1 seed we're going down by double-digits in the first half of any playoff game vs. an Eastern time zone opponent.

Without a shadow of a doubt, IMO, Kam was affected by his injury prior to SB49. Had he been healthy all off season, last year would have been much different from his production standpoint. I also believe Kam not being 100% in SB49 contributed to the loss. It would have been a Seahawk blow-out had he been healthy. See SB48 for proof. The Broncos were unable to dink and dunk passes to keep plays alive because Kam terrorized them. He was ineffective in that area in SB49 because of his injury.

I own only one jersey, that of Kam Chancellor.

I have not changed my mind one bit about the kind of man
he is nor the value he brings to the Seahawks.
