Jason Cole of Bleacher Report gives us his take on the trade between the Rams and Titans and says while the Titans did get a lot of picks, L.A. will get what they really need, hopefully drafting a franchise QB.

He also thinks Colin Kaepernick believes the problem is with the 49ers organization, not in his ability to complete passes.
