Well, since it's Mel Kiper making the list, maybe he just picks the guys he expected to be drafted and weren't- I'm guessing.

Legit reasons for neither of them being included.

Bryant: how many great DTs went undrafted and started out on a team that said, "we can see you being a fullback." ?

Boykin: When looking at top 30 players to watch, competing for a backup spot on a team with low expectations for the backup (based on draft capital and money spent on backup) while having zero chance of beating the starter doesn't exactly scream, "put me on a list."

Besides, 30 means that not every team will even have 1, and the Hawks aren't the only team getting good use out of UDFA, though they are certainly towards the top.
