This past offseason Tyler Lockett has been more overhyped nationally than John Brown or Brandin Cooks, which is no small feat. It feels weird having the media over-estimate one of our receivers (comparing him to Antonio Brown). Lockett is a terrific player and arguably the most talented receiver on our team, I just think that 2015 was less of a launching point and more of an arrival for him. The national hype is taking me a while to get used to... it's kind of fun... but all the same it's hard for me to envision Lockett hitting their lofty expections of him. I don't think he's in for a TY Hilton / Antonio Brown kind of season, even if his talent is on that level, the workload won't be.
