The idiom is "March to the beat of their own drum". March to their own drummer implies they have a drummer on retainer.

Having a guy like Wilson who is the face of your franchise be polite, humble and well-spoken is a good thing but having guys like Bennett and Sherman throwing in some truth is always nice to see.

Mike & Marty needs to be a show.
