Custom Elite 51 Jersey Question

I'm looking to get a full 100% authentic custom Seahawks jersey for this season and beyond and was doing a little research and saw that there is something called "Elite 51" which is the 100% authentic jersey the players wear on gameday. However, there have been some fans saying that the authentic elites sold on NFL Pro Shop are not the 51s were some things are ironed on and not sewn on, etc...

Can any of you jersey aficionados help make some sense out of all this and help a brother out? Thank you!

Can't help but I WILL be getting the color rush jersey when available. I'm done spending multiple hundreds on jerseys, they just hang in the closet.

Yeah I just want one authentic custom I can rock for the next several years.

The $295 version is as close as you'll get unless you buy a blank game issued jersey.

Simple solution is to hang it on your body come gameday.
