Gee Scott and Tom Wassell in for John Clayton. We kick things off with "The Top 5 Stories of the Day" 1) Eastern Washington defeats Washington State. Eastern is actually pretty good, so is it an upset? 2) Matt Shoemaker gets hit in the head with a line drive. Should players wear Kevlar helmets more often? 3) Mariners lose 2 of 3 over the weekend. Taijuan Walker - why is he so out of whack? 4) Huskies crush Rutgers. Gee thought WSU will be better than UW, how about now? 5) Sam Bradford is traded to the Vikings. Is he actually a better option than a healthy Teddy Bridgewater? Russell Wilson vs the Best QBs in the NFL: Drew Brees, Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Ben Roethlisberger, Cam Newton. Where does Russell rank? In "Behind the Lines" Gee 'brags' about the players he correctly predicted would make/not make the team: George Fant, Tanner McIvoy, and Brandon Browner.

The Seahawks made their final cuts and very few were surprising. Jordan Hill was basically cut, put on injured reserve and Tharold Simon made it despite a shaky camp. Some moderate surprises might be letting go of Will Tukuafu, Troymane Pope (who got scooped up by the Jets) and Marcus Burley. Mariners Inisder Shannon Drayer joins Gee and Tom to talk about the rough weekend where the Mariners dropped 2 of 3 to the Angels. Megan Rapinoe of the US Women's Soccer team and the Seattle Reign kneeled during the National Anthem, saying she backs Colin Kaepernick. She is white, so how much does it effect the issue when a white person gets involved? Also, as a fan watching on TV, what do you do during the Anthem at home?
