The defense gave up 10 points....... say it with me 10 points.

What? They had a couple iffy three-man rush calls, but the D gave up ten points and would have given up none if Earl Thomas had remembered that there was a game going on around him.

If we win the Super Bowl nobody will care (I doubt anybody cares without winning the Super bowl).

What's more impressive about the 10 points is our offense turned the ball over 3 times (I believe two of the three were in our own territory.

They may have been tired, but an 86 yard drive with the game on the line is reminiscent of last year. Likely the offense will improve, but you can't be dominant on D AND give up a TD drive late in the 4th.

Yep, the Hawks had more than a few craptastic games the XLVIII year, some they won, 3 they didn't.

The D gave up 10 points with a free safety who wiffed more than Mark McGwire.

I will counter that by saying they had 3 drives start in their own territory and they didn't give up any points on those drives. The defense was fine.

The defense was dominant but if you ask me whether I'd rather have D or O out there for the final drive with the game on the line I might go O and that's on the DC.

4 years running, including last year with Richard, working on 5...

...folks, that there's an OK unit.

Our pass rush looks pretty bad at times in the four man rush, especially on 1st and 2nd downs. But when Seattle blitzes even just one guy, it suddenly looks like the best pass rush in the NFL. I'll give Richard his due, guy knows how to call a blitz.

The secondary actually played a mostly outstanding game in coverage. Thankfully that one guy had that one drop, but even if he had caught it and Seattle had lost, they still would have tamped down Miami's passing game for all but a few passes all game long.

If I recall, that game was played much better even though we only scored 12 points

Are you kidding me? Defense held all game except one drive in the fourth quarter. The offense gave them no help at all
