that was a VERY ballsy throw by Russ, I just remember watching the replay and thinking "DAMN" right between two defenders with the pressure right in his face, amazing

It's not just you. Puts his head down to end runs as well where he could make a cut and keep running.

Biggest knock against him is that he can't finish runs heads-up.

Michael had 10 first downs on 45 carries. He's got a first down rate of 22.2%, which is very high for starting running backs.

Well, now 14 first downs on 63 carries for the same rate. He had 4 first downs rushing today.

Gotta love how Russ is threading the needle. Really trusting his receivers to make plays. Bodes well going forward.
