Last week Hugh had a good segment regarding NFL Refs. He attended a meeting where a senior NFL ref was providing training on how to call the penalties. The refs said that you only focus on the single team OL match ups and ignore the double teams. Thinking being the double team folks would not commit holding and the likelihood of a hold in 1 on 1 being higher. Hugh question that this meant the double teamed OL could hold the crap out of the D Lineman and the senior Ref acknowledged that is the case. Watching the game last night, I kept seeing this being the case with AZ. Not so much with us.
