That was what his strength was supposed to be, but his hands seemed very underwhelming to me. He was also near the bottom of the draft pool in SPARQ and slower than the average WR. Basically without good hands he had no value as a WR. It was a head-scratching pick at the time and continues to be.

If he wants to have another shot with the Hawks, he's going to need to bulk up 15-20 pounds. He would get manhandled by NFL corners on a routine basis unless he adds more strength.
