Bill Barnwell had a piece up today on ESPN painting out the picture for the teams each Super Bowl contender would be best served to avoid in January. For the Seahawks, he identified the Falcons as that team.

http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/page/Ba ... atchup-nfl

So I pose the question to you guys, what team in the NFC would you be most concerned about meeting in the playoffs?

I choose the Seahawks, just like most everyone else does.

'Allas is not as good, I am convinced of that. They are missing a 'D.'

Higher seeded teams. We probably don't make the SB without playing at home.

Without Earl back there, ATL and GB scare me more than anybody else.

I believe strongly that we can match with any of them which is why I voted "other".

GB if AR is healthy.

Rodgers is the only QB in the league right now I'd stack up alongside Brady in an everything on the line game.

Yes, Dak and Ryan are having monster seasons, but not yet convinced Dak will step up come playoff time. Ryan is a safer bet given his experience, but he's also quite capable of a performance collapse.

On a sidenote, Wilson now ranks 15th out of starting QBs.

Cam Newton has dropped to 21st. :2thumbs:

As long as its at home or in a dome we should be good to go...So teams i dont want to play would be Green Bay at their place or Tampa.

It doesn't matter to me. I'd also welcome GB (just not at Lambeau) as I'm sure the guys would be fired up for revenge.

Green Bay- almost beat us at home last year. It doesnt seem to affect Rodgers.

Why such little fear of the Giants?

Manning is 8-0 last two playoffs he has been in. Wouldnt want to face them either

I went with the Giants. They're playing some really good football, defense is greatly improved and Odell can take a slant to the house on any play. He's the exact type of WR who gives our defense fits. Plus Eli just has this switch he turns on whenever they actually make the playoffs. They need some help but have the 2-0 lead on the Cowboys in divisional games and could take over.

I feel they would beat Tampa Bay again if they played them again.

Dallas front line vs our current weak pass rush scares me. But if Dak drops another egg or two there could be some real locker room division. Hahahaha. Dallas deserves as much.

Green Bay would be a good game (not like last week) and I feel the offense would not lay the same egg. Against them is usually a close affair and would be again. Last week was an anomaly. I would love to Beat them in Championship game again. Revenge and that would piss off that smug Erin Rogers.

Atlanta was close when they played in regular season. That could be a weird game as well.

Ultimately it depends on which Seahawk team shows up. They can beat any team or lose to all. It is up to them.

Exactly, the 2016 Hawks are a hot n cold version if ever there was one.

Hoping they get hot for a legit playoff run.
