I would like to get others thoughts on last game vs. 49er's, specifically about the kick-off game plan. I believe every kick-off, or say 80 - 90% of them were "NOT" kicked into the end zone for a touchback but came up short of the goal line with the returner able to get a shot at a run back. My question is, "Was this part of the game plan or could SH not get enough leg into them"? IMHO, it seems that a touchback whenever possible is the better alternative. Is the coach trying to take a play out of Belichek's game? Just curious what you all think??

Intentionally done and done by many teams this year due to the change to the 25 yard line

I think it is a good decision when the opponents isn't a good return team. Look at how many starts inside the 25 we had because others are doing this to us as well........

Playing someone like KC and I would probably kick it out of the end zone
