I choose not to believe it, we beat the Patriots on the road, and they are way hotter than Atlanta right now, and were when we beat them. So if its not a road problem, then what?
I am sure there are a variety of reason and explanations, one glaring one that stands out to me is grass. Maybe it has been discussed, but here is the record from a different point of view.
Turf record this year 10-2 ( one loss was NO, and the league announced two pick plays used to score were illegal and should have been called, the other was a very close loss to AZ but we have struggled with division rivals every year and we did put up over 30 in that game)
Grass 1-3-1( one win was 49ers)
From this point of view the Hawks struggle when playing on grass, this also explains the huge Patriots win on the road.
I guess we have a pretty good edge going into this game, if you want to push the field material belive button.
Also, if the Hawks go all the way, every outcome, the games will be played on turf.
