The coaching is above reproach, thats whats wrong with this team.

Defense was porous. Gave up too many points and cant get off the field. Offense sputters and cant use Graham.

If you think about the defense, they lost their coaching identity. They lose Quinn, who improved the entire defense. They lose Ken Norton, who SHOULD have been the Def coordinator. I think that they need to do a better job of recruiting the best coaches out there.
