I sure hope we extend him this year. He paved some great lanes for Rawls and is surprisingly a great pass catcher. Also liked him staying into help block on passing downs, tough physical dude.

Not sure how much he has left in the tank, but the fact our FB was a legitimate receiving threat really added a level of unpredictability to the offense. I'd like to see him back on a short/cheap deal.

and why didn't we use him more?
They were worst? in the league at covering rb's in the passing game-
it was almost as if the the offense panicked instead of taking what the D gave-
I realize we were down 16, but those 1st down conversions give us life!!!

Don't understand why they didn't use him more. Just like the first drive when we ran the ball well, it's as if Bevell sees something that works and then purposely goes away from it. I've stood by Bevell long enough, but I think it's time for him to go.
