Slow and can't tackle, I am very happy he is no longer a 49er. Got tired of seeing the RB run right past him and he just fall down.

This team signs a ton of players for competition, and a bunch don't even sniff the roster. I wouldn't expect a Niner fan to know how we do things around here

slowwwwwwwwwwwwww
He ran faster than KJ Wright and also had an infinitely quicker 3 cone. His 3 cone is actually top notch for a LB. Also has experience and he could very well be our next SLB for a year.

Sounds like Coyle.

Now 9ers have Coyle.

Is he cheaper than Coyle? Or better than Coyle?
He's got more experience. Coach Norton really seemed to think Coyle was going to be something so I'm not really surprised he left. Just wish it wasn't in the NFCW even if he doesn't turn out starting for them.

Strange couple of Seahawk bloggers think his tape is pretty good. Good depth move and outside of Cary Williams they don't miss often on defense.

The reason Niners fans won't miss him is because he was a starter, when he isn't a starting quality player. Here he'll be a backup/Special Teams player.

Not sure why people miss Coyle all of a sudden...he was a fringe player at best.

Negative. He was a decent backup. Check the preseason game film. Coyle made plays with the 2nd stringers. Better than KPL, IMO.

Definitely not missing Coyle.

Wilhoite sounds like a pretty similar player; size, even history and skills are similar. Not signing Coyle, then signing Coyle2.0 seems strange, unless he's cheaper and/or notably "better".

I remember Wilhoite making some plays a few years ago when the Hawks played the 9ers and it mattered. Maybe he is an upgrade.

It's a .Net thing. Love players like Pope and Coyle neither who've have done a thing and be contrary and negative practically on purpose. It isn't like there isn't some trolling going on here by a small percentage of current users and at least a few known sockpuppets of let's say, "not current users". <----->.

On topic, Wilholte likely a camp body or camp fodder. Who knows? He could be a good depth signing.

2 year old video. Bad music.
Wow, you weren't kidding about that song. Other then that, the player himself didn't look like a Cary Williams style dumpster fire. Then again Cary Williams wasn't a dumpster fire in preseason either. Such a dilemma to have another camp body at worst.

Brock Coyle could make plays.

Michael Wilhoite looks like he can make plays -though the preseason everyone looks better.

Looks a bit bigger and buffer than Coyle. Maybe he breaks out with a better supporting cast.
