I've already got dirt/grime on the right sole/side. I drive a forklift sometimes that have grease that sometimes comes in contact with shoes, and my part time job is working on pinspotters at a bowling alley (more grease). They are light weight and comfortable.

My only complaint is that with the white sole and light green, they are hard to keep clean (new looking). Every little bit of dirt, mud, or dribbled beer shows up.
If you care about your kiks lookin' good, be prepared to wipe them down every time you wear them.
The previous Hawk shoes I bought were the Sherman's, they hid the dirt much better.
IMHO, good quality, nice looking shoe.
