His overall grade of 51.0 last season barely got him into the top 300 at his position, but this year through nine weeks he is at 86.7 and ranks fourth in the country.

In 407 pass block snaps he has given up just eight total pressures (one sack), compared to 23 on 580 reps in 2015. His run blocking has also been significantly better, as he ranks seventh nationally in the category.

Carroll and Schneider seemed pretty pumped about signing Roos during their post-draft presser.

Roos appears to be in the Top 10 or so in guaranteed money.

[Roos] scored a 3.38 in TEF so there’s a lot of athletic potential here. He would’ve been the most explosive O-liner at the combine (topping Forrest Lamp’s 3.23).

Exactly. Why wasn't this guy taken in the draft. Serious question for the .net experts. What are his "cons"?

Mainly footwork stuff. He's already pretty explosive but he needs to get a lot stronger in his lower body to become a better drive blocker.
