Don't be surprised to see the Bills go after some of our Scouts and FO people as well.

That's affirmative ..... they have certainly opened up a number of jobs and opportunities.

Who might replace Doug Whaley? Here are 10 possible candidates >>> [urltargetblank]http://buffalonews.com/2017/04/30/might-replace-doug-whaley-10-possible-candidates/[/urltargetblank]

Trent Kirchner, co-director of player personnel, Seattle Seahawks: Like DeCosta, he’s been mentioned several times for GM openings, and interviewed with the Jets. Seahawks General Manager John Schneider has often praised the work that Kirchner, who broke into the NFL in 2000, has done.

The Bills
The Browns
The Jets
The Redskins
The Colts

They are the Teams I would hate to work for, seemingly the most dysfunctional in the League.

Update ................ [tweet]https://twitter.com/KMart_LI/status/861757933629190145[/tweet][tweet]https://twitter.com/bcondotta/status/861780131550904320[/tweet]

Given what I see as numerous shared preferences in personnel traits between the Colts and Seahawks, Ed Dodds would be an excellent acquisition for the Colts.

I guess this is what happens when you are running a very successful franchise. The good part of this is that it allows new talent to emerge.

Exactly. What good is it going to do you to go to a place like the Bills or others, and then get fired in one year ?

This was a case where the Bills really took aim at the wrong person. Frankly, it's not a big issue to me because I think the new Coach has some very strong thoughts and ideas about personnel, and I think he's competent enough to have a lot of influence.

But the big problem with both the Bills and the Sabres is Russ Brandon. Russ Brandon basically manages the Bills and the Sabres for the Pagulas and has done an exceptionally crappy job with both franchises. This guy is clueless and does not know how to build a winning franchise.

I actually like the hire of McDermott, but when you look at Brandon's body of work with the Bills and Sabres it becomes obvious that he needs to go.
