Cool ad....not sure about the "Skate" concept, but watching all the niners whiffing makes up for it

Love the skates, and the whole 70's Funk vibe. Good stuff.

If Nike's doesn't have the best marketing department on the planet, I don't know who does. They make GREAT commercials and ad campaigns.

Too bad their owner's a Duck. What a waste!

Just watched the commercial again. Do you think the walk in TD at the end is an homage to Lynch? If so that would be awesome.

Maybe, little less obvious then the beast jump while giving him the "hold my D"

My thoughts almost exactly.

It's good but would be so much better if it was #24 and he was still our guy.
Even the "get off me" stiff arm was in BeastMode style.

LOL if I was a 9ers fan, I would hate sitting through that commercial.

Imagine if things had gone differently, there was no "tip", the 49ers went to the SB, beat the Broncos, etc....and then we had to watch Kap run around the field while seahawks fell all over the place. lol. that would be excruciating. I almost feel sorry for niner fans. almost.

Wilson is probably the best QB at stiff arming his defenders, as much as we would like Beast Mode to come back, he's a Raider now. It will be something if we meet them at the dance.

How were they leading 24-21 at C-Link anyway?

That commercial is hilarious. It just shows what a joke the whiners have become. I bet even Rodney Dangerfield would feel sorry for them.

Fun fact: the players are all from the Puyallup Nation Kings semi-pro team.

I honestly think it is. It was my first thought.

That short TD pass that Lynch caught, against the 49ers, where he just walked into the end zone and dropped the ball. One of the most old school pimp celebrations (or non celebrations) I've ever seen in the NFL. That was the essence of bad ass.

What made it better was that was a REALLY good Niners D that year.
